Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Airlines has launched a year-end global sale aimed at locking in early travel demand for 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, pairing competitive long-haul fares with expanded product benefits across its network.

The carrier is running the sale through 22 December 2025, targeting advance planners, festive-season travellers, and long-haul leisure segments. One of the key draws is the Economy Class fare from London Heathrow starting at GBP 589 to destinations such as Cebu, Melbourne, and Ho Chi Minh City.

The airline has strengthened its Bonus Side Trip programme as part of the offer. International passengers can add domestic sectors to eight Malaysian cities at no extra fare, while an expanded scheme now includes Firefly-operated services to Krabi and Siem Reap through 31 December 2025.

Malaysia Airlines has matched the fare discounts with product-related incentives, offering 20 percent reductions on Seat Selection and Golden Lounge Access until 22 December 2025. The airline continues to highlight its Economy Class enhancements, including ergonomically designed seating and 13.3-inch 4K entertainment screens, alongside 24 extra-legroom seats available on select flights.

Travellers can also access complimentary Wi-Fi and the Pilot Parker Activity Pack designed for younger passengers. Additional discounts on tours and attractions are available via Journify, the airline’s travel and lifestyle platform.

By combining sharp pricing, ancillary discounts, and service upgrades, Malaysia Airlines is working to reinforce its Malaysian Hospitality brand promise while stimulating advance bookings well into 2026.
